Join our FP&A Development Team to provide advice on live developments across the Workplace asset class, including data centres. This role is crucial for partnering with Senior Finance Managers and Development Managers to deliver project reporting and investment analysis, supporting decision-making aligned with Stockland's growth strategy. This highly visible role requires applying your corporate finance and accounting skills to provide financial guidance to a broad range of finance and non-finance stakeholders. Success in this role demands a combination of technical and interpersonal skills, along with strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your commercial and business partnering skills within one of Stockland's key growth areas.

About You

You will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CFA, CPA, CA, or similar qualification is preferable. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercially focused role, you will bring expertise in the property sector and support development teams with financial modelling skills, including building feasibility and scenario models. You will possess strong commercial and industry awareness, enabling you to create trusted and meaningful business partnerships with stakeholders. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure, you will demonstrate leadership and team management skills. In this role, you will play a key part in providing financial analysis and commercial advice across live development projects for the business.
