You'll bring clarity to complexity—analysing deals, challenging assumptions, and helping drive gross margin improvement initiatives across the board.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Sales team to evaluate new business opportunities, model deals, and optimise pricing strategy.
Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis to guide commercial decision-making.
Provide actionable insights to improve Gross Margin performance across products and channels.
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team of 2 direct reports, supporting their growth and capability.
Coach and collaborate with the FP&A analyst, ensuring consistency in forecasting, planning and reporting.
Identify and challenge the status quo—actively pursuing process improvements and innovation in finance and pricing strategies.
Translate numbers into influence—communicate insights with impact and engage confidently across the business.
About YouCA/CPA qualified, with strong commercial finance experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
A proactive leader who combines technical excellence with strategic thinking.
Confident working in cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
Skilled in financial modelling, deal evaluation, and pricing governance.
A natural communicator, equally comfortable diving into the numbers and leading conversations with senior stakeholders.
Passionate about continuous improvement and commercial performance.
