In the meantime, you'll need to feel confident and comfortable working independently from home, with plenty of virtual support and connection along the way.

Day-to-day you will: Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

About You: We're after OT's who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it.

You will also hold: Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis A valid driver's license and personal vehicle An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain) A degree in Occupational Therapy Ideal role for an early-career Occupational Therapist Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship will be considered.
