Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Paediatric Occupational Therapy team at Central Coast Local Health District.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse settings including clinics, homes, and schools, delivering goal-based, client-centred therapy that truly impacts lives.

  • You will provide comprehensive assessments and interventions tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental goals.
  • You will work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to deliver therapy that is holistic, context-sensitive, and responsive to real-world environments.
  • You will contribute to service development through quality improvement initiatives and clinical research, helping shape how care is delivered into the future.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Occupational Therapist with current registration, and possess strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.

  • You will have effective communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • You will be committed to delivering holistic, evidence-based care across clinic, home, and school settings.
  • You will be motivated to engage in regular professional supervision and ongoing professional development.
