This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality services in a transitional aged care program.
About the Role- Provide evidence-based care and exercise professional judgment in clinical decision-making, with support from senior clinicians as required.
- Support client mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and functional recovery in both community and residential settings.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes and service delivery.
- Promote collaboration within the multidisciplinary team and ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Hold a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Be currently registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrate understanding of aged care needs, including mobility support, falls prevention strategies, pain management, and functional recovery
- Be able to work across sites
