About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to manage a caseload and deliver high-quality therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Develop and implement tailored interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
  • Mentor and support junior clinicians in developing their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
