As a community Occupational Therapist: Development of individual care plans to achieve personalised functional outcomesFalls prevention, education and strength training work all included in positionCollaborate closely with the local community teams and key stakeholdersIncorporate a holistic approach to health care that incorporates healthy living activities according to community and organisational prioritiesQualifications and other prerequisites requiredCurrently registered as a Occupational Therapist with AHPRAPrior Community Experience highly desirableAbility to provide high quality treatment and interventionPolice Check (dated within the last 3 years)Willing to obtain annual flu vaccinationsEvidence of Covid 19 vaccinationsOwn vehicle and NSW licenceOur BenefitsTheir culture is both supportive and collaborative where you can make your role your own.
