
Office Administration Assistant

**ENTRY LEVEL ADMINISTRATION POSITION**
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- General administration assistance e.g opening and archiving files, maintaining hard and soft copy files, filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving,
- Limited front desk reception duties and greeting clients,
- Answering telephone calls, enquiries, re-directing calls and taking messages,
- Stationary orders,
- Collecting and posting mail,
- General cleaning/ office tidying,
- General office support to the team.
The successful applicant will have:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic,
- Telephone manners,
- Excellent communication skills,
- A keen eye for detail,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook;
- Be available for an immediate start.
- Completed a minimum level of Year 12.
The office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $21.75 - $26.20 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
