About this Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-focused individual to join our Postage Department as an Office Administration Assistant.
This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to start your career in office administration. As an Office Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Lodging and reconciling client mailing campaigns in a timely manner;
- Ensuring campaigns are correctly lodged into the Australia Post lodgement system;
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems accordingly;
- Working effectively as a member of a team to achieve common goals;
- Performing duties with high attention to detail and a focus on quality; and
- Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace at all times.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently;
- Good computer literacy and typing skills;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
