Are you an experienced Dental Front Office Administrator ?
Join our friendly and professional team at Mend Dental, where you will play a key role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and welcoming experience.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone to workas the first point of contact for our patients.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk and support our practice with a variety of administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients with a warm and professional manner.
Scheduling and managing appointments.
Handling patient enquiries over the phone and in person.
Processing invoicing, receipting, and reconciliations.
Managing accounts, rostering, and assisting with HR tasks.
Performing general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a dental or medical front office role.
Proficiency inD4W (Dental 4 Windows)software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
