The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Team Executive (Legal Secretary) to join our Melbourne office on a full time, permanent basis.
Our Team Executives and Team Assistants are responsible for providing proactive and effective general administration assistance to our Lawyers & Practice Executives across a diverse range of tasks.
As a Team Executive, you will work closely with the hub/Practice Executive team lead and Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the hub, you will also provide mentorship support to the Team Assistants.
Development within the Team Executive role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

What we are looking for
Prior legal secretarial or strong administrative experience within a corporate or professional services environment.
"Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
Demonstrates initiative and strong client focus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Behaves in a professional manner, and is personable and approachable at all times.
