Compensation Range: $115,000 AUD base with on target earnings at $230,000 AUD plus equity
Huntress is a fully remote, global team of cybersecurity experts on a mission to break down barriers in the security space. Our products combine enterprise-grade solutions with managed services through a proactive Security Operations Center (SOC) mindset.
We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, helping underresourced IT teams stay ahead of threats. If hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.
What You'll Do
Huntress is looking for an Account Executive II to join our mid-market team in Australia. You will collaborate with the wider Huntress team and work closely with your SDR to close new partner opportunities within your assigned territory, educate partners, and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This is a quota-carrying role critical to Huntress's growth in the region.
We approach sales as an opportunity to educate our partners with a value-based, solution-oriented process. We do not push end-of-quarter deals or haggle for every dollar; if our product is right for the prospect, they will buy it. We seek individuals who are value-based sellers, coachable, curious, intelligent, resilient, team-oriented, and customer-centric.
Responsibilities
Proactively manage a pipeline of leads from outreach, qualification, and close
Utilize strong knowledge of product offerings to educate and build credibility with customers
Work to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
Develop a deep understanding of Huntress's security platform and use that knowledge to promote products, negotiate opportunities, and close new business
Source new prospects and position Huntress offerings to suit their needs as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Partner/Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing account growth
Exceed sales goals and revenue targets as a collaborative team member
What You Bring To The Team
3+ years of demonstrated success in a strategic sales role
Experience with mid-market and enterprise accounts, working with diverse stakeholders
Comfort with CRM forecasting and maintaining accurate records
Strong presentation and active listening skills
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities
Growth mindset to navigate a rapidly evolving industry
Thrives in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment
Knowledge of cybersecurity or cybersecurity sales is helpful but not required
