**About the role**
This is a newly created role where your primary purpose is to increase digital engagement, and deepen customer relationships, through targeted and personalised digital notifications by working with the cross-functional delivery team to execute on notifications.
This is an exciting opportunity to join this growing area in the Digital Engagement team. NAB's digital channels account for over 94% of all customer interactions - with an increasing expectation from customers for personalised and targeted notifications to assist and pre-empt their needs. Therefore, we are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to help achieve our Digital Engagement goals.
**In this important role, day to day major responsibilities will include**:
- Lead the identification, scoping, shaping and prioritising of key digital notifications use cases across Servicing, Sales, Satisfaction and Safety focus areas
- Lead and contribute to broader Digital Engagement business priorities
- Execute prioritised Domain-funded digital notifications, ensuring clarity on RACI and surface issues and support initiative owners to resolve
- Delivery of business outcomes using Agile Ways of Working in collaboration with the value chain (e.g. Technology, Marketing, Enterprise Data and POs etc)
- Track the engagement and benefits of delivered notifications for benefits realisation and reporting
- Ensure strong engagement with Enterprise Data, Customer Decisioning & Data Science, Product Domains and Marketing to deliver outcomes and enable efficiencies across the program
- Develop and manage communications & engagement strategy to effectively communicate change and awareness of Digital Notifications value proposition to the organisation
- Proactively manage risk
This truly is a unique and exciting role where you will be influential in bringing to life digital notifications in the NAB app and Internet Banking. You will be delivery focused and a confident digital and delivery operator with approximately 5 years of experience in this world. You will showcase your agile ways of working in a busy and complex environment. You won't be afraid to speak your mind, and be a real role model and be someone in the team who more junior members can look to for guidance. You will use your eye for detail in everything you do, along with your strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence and deliver ideas and competing priorities. Your can-do attitude and team focus will see you go far in this role and beyond, **additionally you will bring**:
- Product and Project Management experience
- Financial Services industry and strong knowledge of Agile ways of working (desirable)
- Results Delivery & Initiative focus
- Technology / Data literacy
- Problem solving skills
- Influencing skills, ability to build cross divisional stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of business drivers, and have financial and commercial orientation
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant field would be desirable but not essential
