Job Title: Digital Engagement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive digital engagement and deepen customer relationships through targeted and personalized digital notifications.

The successful candidate will be part of the Personal Banking team that moves with speed, adopting innovative strategies to deliver business outcomes.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and have experience leading CX/digital programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive uplift in digital engagement and deepen customer relationships through targeted and personalized digital notifications
  • Lead the sub-domain value chain and scale the cross-functional squad to deliver prioritised notifications use cases
  • Drive the strategic direction and commercial viability of notifications as a channel for Personal Banking
  • Lead and influence the notifications feature roadmap, including enhancing capability and scaling value in market
  • Build strong strategic engagement and relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and partnership
  • Ensure the integrity of the notification experience and optimise conversion rates to drive commercial value

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in Digital Enablement, with experience leading CX/digital programs and/or delivering CX/digital outcomes
  • Experience articulating and implementing business strategy that achieves intended outcomes for shareholders, customers and employees
  • Proven track record delivering consistent results in a large, complex business
  • Experience leading virtual cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
  • People leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate simply and with influence, combined with strong business acumen
