This external-facing Account Manager role oversees daily operations for one of Commercial Eyes key client, driving adoption of their product across targeted hospitals.
You'll manage program delivery, ensure quality and performance, and build strong client relationships.
Ideal for candidates with hospital sales, nursing, or Key Account Management experience who thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.Two roles available, one based in Melbourne and one based in Sydney.About The RoleIn this role, you will:Lead the launch of a breakthrough Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) therapy across targeted hospitals in AustraliaDrive product adoption through education, clinical support, and relationship-buildingIdentify and engage key stakeholders in Stroke Units, Emergency Departments, and Telestroke networksFacilitate and deliver in-hospital education sessions, peer-to-peer meetings, and evening launch eventsRepresent the brand at conferences and promotional eventsAchieve sales targets and education delivery KPIsCollaborate with internal teams to share insights and identify opportunitiesManage territory planning, reporting, and budget allocationBuild strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makersTravel interstate and work flexible hours, including evenings when requiredWhat You BringWhat You BringProven experience in hospital sales or Key Account Management in pharma or related industriesStrong stakeholder engagement and territory management skillsAbility to educate and influence healthcare professionalsHigh level of clinical knowledge, especially AIS, stroke, or emergency careWillingness to travel and work flexible hoursPreferred ExperienceNursing background with hospital experience in stroke, emergency, or critical careExperience launching new products or building territories from the ground upFamiliarity with telehealth or regional/rural healthcare networksWhy Join Us?
