Breakthrough Stroke Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished External Account Manager to spearhead the launch of a groundbreaking Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) therapy across targeted hospitals in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive product adoption through education, clinical support, and relationship-building
- Identify and engage key stakeholders in Stroke Units, Emergency Departments, and Telestroke networks
- Facilitate and deliver in-hospital education sessions, peer-to-peer meetings, and evening launch events
- Represent the brand at conferences and promotional events
- Achieve sales targets and education delivery KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and identify opportunities
- Proven experience in hospital sales or Key Account Management in pharma or related industries
- Strong stakeholder engagement and territory management skills
- Ability to educate and influence healthcare professionals
- High level of clinical knowledge, especially AIS, stroke, or emergency care
- Nursing background with hospital experience in stroke, emergency, or critical care
- Experience launching new products or building territories from the ground up
