**Your New Role**

We are searching for a Graduate Client Services Support person to join the client services team. The role will primarily focus on supporting financial planners and investors with their daily online and telephone enquiries and all the related administrative requirements consistent with our "Know Your Customer" ("KYC") obligations.

Key tasks will include:

- Internal client services by responding to registry system and online/ telephone enquiries
- Respond to registry-type requests such as valuations and investment statements
- Ensure that the on-boarding of new business satisfies all 'Know Your Customer', Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism (AML/CTF) requirements;
- Assist with AML/CTF transaction monitoring and reporting to internal stakeholders;
- Maintenance of our investor database
- Other projects as required

**About You**

Graduates are welcome to apply. You will ideally have 1-2 years of industry experience and hold a relevant Finance, Commerce or Business degree qualification. You will also have:

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer service focus and excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
