We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join our insurance team as a Client Service Administrator (CSA). The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to work well in a team. A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk comparisons and prepare quotations.
  • Follow up with clients, insurance companies, and paramedical services.
  • Update and manage client information in Xplan, APS, and other systems.
  • Support the Risk Adviser with diary management and coordination with the Para-planner.
  • Prepare client documents and handle general administrative tasks.
