About this Opportunity

  • We're looking for a recent graduate to join our team as a Graduate Account Manager. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to build professional skills and gain hands-on experience in client management, event coordination, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients via phone and video calls
  • Manage exhibitor accounts and maintain regular client contact
  • Coordinate paperwork, contracts, and deadline submissions
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure invoices are paid
  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for smooth delivery
  • Provide support during live events (some travel may be required)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A recent university graduate (any field)
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, video)
  • Highly organised and comfortable handling admin tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • A proactive, motivated mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in admin, customer service, retail, or hospitality — but it's not required.
