About the Business Division

We provide investment banking advisory and financing services to large corporates, financial institutions, governments, and financial sponsors. Our relationships are enhanced by industry sector, product, country, and regional expertise.

In Australia, we offer advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and debt raising services. We advise on landmark cross-border and regional transactions in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Graduate Role

You'll work on projects that help clients reach their financial goals. Your day-to-day tasks may include modelling and forecasting client financial statements, valuing companies, preparing marketing materials for client pitches, or for debt issues. You'll enjoy support from managers and mentors, along with global exposure.

You'll be trained by experts, evolve professionally and personally, and build a foundation upon which to specialise later.

Requirements

We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent, adaptable, and have excellent communication skills. They have degrees in various disciplines, with good levels of numeracy important for some roles. Our comprehensive training programme will give you the technical knowledge needed to build a career with us.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Complete studies between 1st January 2025 and 31st January 2026.
  • Be able to start full-time work in February 2026, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
  • Possess no more than 12 months full-time relevant work experience.
