Our client is a leading top tier family law firm based in the heart of the CBD. With the firm growing, they are currently seeking an experienced Family Legal Secretary, with at least 2+ years experience. You will be assisting 2 Solicitors and should be able to come in and hit the ground running.

**Duties**:

- Prepare legal documents
- Dictation
- Maintain files and calendars
- Schedule appointments, meetings and make travel arrangements.

**Skills**:

- 2+ years experience in Family law
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Excellent typing skills and proficient in MS Office
