**About the Team**

Rheinmetall Defence Australia Vehicle Systems Engineering team focuses on establishing a unique capability in Australia, developing state of the art Mission Systems. The Application Support Administrator is an important key role in the Engineering team. This role will be based at the Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence site located in Redbank, QLD.

**About the Role**

You will support and administer the Product Life Management (PLM) system: Teamcentre (Siemens Software).

You will be the first point of contact for specifying additional requirements for PLM system, act as 1st level support and train end users.
- The general and generic duties of the Application Support Administrator includes, but is not limited to:

- Creating and maintaining user accounts;
- Creating roles and groups based on business needs;
- Maintaining roles and access;
- Managing Teamcenter licenses;
- Creating and maintaining easy searches, templates for export, search and export modes;
- Customising active workspace;
- Compiling requirements for IT;
- Terminating of server-side sessions;
- Providing first level support for teamcenter users; and
- Training of teamcenter users.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Proven experience in delivering Teamcentre training to end users;
- Minimum 5 years experience administering Teamcentre;
- Demonstrated experience in faciliating workshops with end users;
- Experience in requirements gathering to fulfil business demands;
- Experience in query design, search mode and export modes;
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering;
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills;
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance; and
- Must be willing to travel interstate and internationally.
