About the role

**Your Impact**:
Utilise Service Management procedures related to Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change Management to respond and resolve requests promptly with a high level of quality
Foster and build stakeholder relationships across customers, peers and suppliers.

**You have**:
A background in ICT, where you have been able to demonstrate your systems experience in a technical support role
Relevant industry experience, or have recently completed a Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
A problem solver, who applies sound judgement when making recommendations and decisions
