• Quality & Compliance-DrivenAbout usCERTIFIED Property Servicesdelivers a full range of property maintenance services across Melbourne, with a strong focus on the real estate industry.We take pride in being reliable, and building long lasting relationships with our clients while, supporting Property Managers and agencies with everything from general repairs to larger renovations.We're in a new growth phase and looking for an energeticService Coordinatorto join our busy, supportive team and help us keep things running smoothly.Tasks & responsibilitiesProcess new job and quote requests as well as invoices.Efficiently manage our trade partners to complete assigned jobs.Managing client warranty enquiries and associated warranty works.Coordinate with clients and suppliers throughout the maintenance process.Qualifications & experienceExperience in the Real Estate industry or Property Management is highly regarded but not essential.Previous experience in property maintenance or project management is a strong advantage.Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.Strong initiative and ability to resolve problems is essential.Good time management & organisational skills, as well as having a high attention to detail.Experience using CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.The ability to work in a team as well as the ability to work autonomously unsupervised.What's in it for you:Great company cultureOn-site parkingCareer growth and developmentThink this could be your next role?
