As a Service Coordinator at BET Group Global, a registered NDIS provider, you'll be the critical interface between the organisation and participants, ensuring a participant-focused, holistic approach to service delivery.

Preferred Requirements:
Utilise a person-centred and active support approach to ensure consistently high-quality participant services throughout their journey with BET Group Global.
Mentor, train, and advise Area Supervisors and Senior/Support Workers to uphold ethical and professional standards in participant care.
Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure service level agreements are consistently met and exceeded, maximizing participant satisfaction.
Coordinate intake and exit processes, maintaining accurate, comprehensive documentation and records to support participant care.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, social services, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the NDIS sector.
