As a senior leader in health, safety, and wellbeing, you will champion proactive strategies across diverse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HSW programs across various sites
  • Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Mentor and coach HSW professionals to enhance their skills and expertise
  • Design and deliver training programs to build capabilities across the organization

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior WHS roles with proven track record
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles
  • Proven ability to lead investigations and drive meaningful improvements
