We're on the lookout for a **Customer Experience Leader **to join our team at Rackley Swimming Deagon. We're in search of someone who's ready to lead, inspire, and create exceptional experiences for our swimmers, their families and our employees. **About the Role**:
As a Customer Service Leader, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Swim School Manager and your awesome team to ensure our members are receiving an amazing experience. From keeping the swim school buzzing with energy, to ensuring every student and family feels welcome, you'll be an integral part in leading world class customer experience.

Your role will be an exciting hybrid position that allows dynamic opportunity to work across departments in customer experience, outreach and swimming teaching. You could be someone looking to take the next step up in your career or maybe you're already an aquatic superstar looking for a new challenge.

This role requires someone passionate about providing amazing and memorable experiences The ability to troubleshoot points of friction and a desire to improve the customer experience are a must, in this forward facing role.

**What You'll Do**
- Delight and engage our customers and families - making every interaction memorable
- Support the Swim School Manager with the day-to-day operations.
- Keep things running smoothly with timely reporting and admin tasks.
- Have a business growth mindset, always looking for innovative ideas and a proactive approach to improve the customer experience
- Cultivate a team that leads world class customer experiences. You'll assist the Swim School Manager to train, develop, and mentor the team to create genuine customer connections that support their overall experience.

**What we are looking for**:

- A superstar with **outstanding customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a professional presentation.**:

- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and CPR qualification*.
- Experience is a plus, but more importantly, we're looking for someone who loves working with kids in a **fun, team-based environment** and is excited to learn
