The role will involve leading a team of customer-facing professionals who deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the customer experience team to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, returns, and escalations across multiple channels.
  • Take ownership of complex issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback, implementing strategies to improve service.
  • Promote a customer-centric mindset and model Nak's values in all interactions.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will have 2-3 years' experience in a customer service team environment, demonstrated leadership ability, strong business operations understanding, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and high-level customer service skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
