Customer Experience Leader

As a highly motivated and results-driven leader, you will take on the challenge of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing inventory, creating a welcoming environment, and providing outstanding customer service.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage staff performance, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

About the role

This leadership position requires a strong background in retail or hospitality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will lead by example, fostering a positive work culture and encouraging teamwork.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock control
  • Creating a warm and inviting store environment that promotes customer loyalty and retention
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently

  • Proven experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments

  • Knowledge of liquor products and RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
