Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned media investment director to lead our client's performance with integrity ambition.
This role will involve developing market-leading ideas, managing executional interfaces with media owner partners, and driving high-performance campaigns across all media channels.
Main Responsibilities
Deliver campaign success by leveraging expert knowledge and senior media relationships
Develop innovative insights and provide thought leadership to the team
Lead annual negotiations for clients, including preparation of briefing material, negotiation strategies, and analysis
Ensure overall campaign delivery, manage client communications, and direct reports in developing action plans
Own the auditing process and ensure that all data submitted to auditors is accurate and on time
Requirements
Strong negotiation skills and experience in buying across all channels
Foresight to proactively seek out strategic trading opportunities that align with client strategic direction
Ability to consistently provide market landscape understanding and be known as an expert
Experience managing and developing best-in-market processes and systems across the Trading team
Strong POV and insights on relevant media and performance, direct to clients within presentations or via regular communication
In-depth knowledge and understanding of client business, including KPIs and accountability measures
Experience in team leadership within a media trading environment
