Job Title: Digital Media Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Paid Digital team. If you're ready for your next challenge and want to express your ideas, lead major client accounts, and develop digital media strategies that drive performance, we'd love to hear from you.

A boutique full-service digital agency undergoing sustained growth is looking for a key senior member of our team. As a Digital Media Strategist, you'll work with experienced native digital marketers to deliver results-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fostering senior client relationships and making recommendations to improve results
  • Managing the Digital team to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects
  • Supporting the wider team in delivering and evolving client digital investments
  • Setting up, managing, and optimising campaigns on paid social platforms
  • Analysing opportunities and utilising conversion rate optimisation tactics to maximise ROI
  • Presenting performance analysis reports and making recommendations for corrective modifications

You'll bring:

  • Experience across the full funnel of paid social and digital campaigns
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital ads campaigns
  • Technical expertise with Google ads, Meta ads, DSP, GA4, and GTM
  • Motivation, self-drive, and a desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
