We're looking for a seasoned E-Commerce Media Strategist to join our team. As an expert in retail media, you'll be responsible for elevating our game and driving impact from investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unlock maximum shopper impact by mastering customer priorities, business processes, and retail media networks.
  • Understand and articulate industry and customer insights, business results, and investment needs.
  • Co-lead Retail Media initiatives for all Business Units and retailers.
  • Drive more impact from retail media investment and deliver expertise to customers that matches their capability in this space.
  • Create DSP, search, programmatic strategies for e-retail media partners and execute with the media agency.
  • Interface with Customer Retail Media teams.
  • Align with Category Strategy and Customer Sales teams on appropriate level of spend in Retail Media.
  • Integrate media and retail media across the path to purchase.
  • Drive optimization (in-flight and ongoing) of retail media.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in media with digital marketing or eCommerce landscape.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce retailers and media strategies.
  • Strong business and analytical acumen.
  • Leading knowledge and track record of success with data-driven marketing.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, inter-disciplinary, and often global Digital projects.
