Job Title: Chief Investment Strategist

\

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the management of media relationships and investment output across various teams. This involves ensuring adherence to established processes, effective use of agency resources, and maintaining strict control over buying and negotiation processes.

\

In conjunction with Group Investment Directors, you will serve as the spokesperson for all market-related investment questions from media, clients, auditors, and OMG's global investment team.

\

You will be responsible for packaging and selling OMG's investment skills and excellence in new business environments, providing reassurance to clients that partnering with OMG agencies will ensure their media investments are in safe hands.

\

Additionally, you will work closely with the COO and National Head of Digital to drive digital transformation and evolve agency workflow, process, and systems specifically across the investment team.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualified with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant media experience, demonstrating strong media buying and planning experience.\
  • Enviable negotiation and analytical skills.\
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, both internal and external.\
  • Experience and proven track record as a manager of a team.\
