**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in banking by undertaking a Traineeship as a Customer Service Officer.

You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

This position is located at **Community Bank Albany. **We will support you to achieve a Certificate III in Business. This is undertaken as paid on-the-job training within work hours and in conjunction with a Registered Training Organisation. In return you'll receive a 12 month **full time **contract, with salary paid based on the National Training Award.

**About you**

You:

- Can quickly learn new systems and processes
- Confidently talk to customers face to face and over the telephone
- Are eager to learn and share with others what makes our bank different
- Hold a strong desire to find solutions that truly meet customer needs
- Have experience in the customer service - this is a plus but certainly not essential, we understand that you may be starting out in your professional career
