**JOB PURPOSE**

Support the day to day operations and team in Australia, serve as point of contact for external enquiries, and coordinate special projects to advance A21's mission to abolish slavery everywhere, forever.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ KEY DUTIES**

**Finance Administration**
- Ensure that all cheques and cash received are deposited on a timely basis
- Obtain and/or review appropriate approval of invoices
- Enter invoices into the accounting system on at least a weekly basis
- Prepare a list of invoices to be paid in each particular week and obtain appropriate review and approval
- Record payment of invoices into the accounting system
- Liaise with suppliers and employees where required
- Assistance as needed with other duties assigned

**External Relations**
- Coordinate the completion of weekly, monthly and annual Donor Services tasks including thank you calls, direct mail and statement preparation, following up failed payment calls and general reporting
- Assist in the coordination of A21 Australia's monthly social media strategy and activity across relevant platforms
- Oversee the daily scheduling and posting of global and local social media content for A21 Australia social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

**Walk For Freedom**
- Serve as the lead for the A21 hosted walk in AUS
- Assist in AUS translations and resource distribution
- Participate in and assist with Walk Host interviews

**Volunteer Program**
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of volunteers for the Australian Office
- Supervise volunteers on day-to-day basis and contribute to overall health and growth of volunteer team

**Resource Fulfilment**
- Manage all A21 resource inventories including coordinating quarterly inventory checks and fulfilment of weekly resource orders
- Manage all external communication and logistics pertaining to large resource orders for events and conferences

**General Support**
- Manage incoming enquiries to A21 to provide high quality customer service and make connections to relevant A21 staff for follow-up
- Assist and take part in any A21 events and any other campaigns that the Australian office is organising.
- Assist in the coordination of filing systems in the office and ensure all systems in office are maintained and current in accordance with applicable A21 policies and guidelines from time to time
- Ensure data is accurate within CRM System (Clarety)
- Keep all relevant state and national fundraising licences current, reporting annually to the ACNC and relevant state bodies as necessary
- Maintain and monitor contents of A21 store room alongside other team members
- Generally contributing around the office and as needed on other non-specified projects
- Hospitality of visiting guests and/or Reach Manager hosted trainings
- Any other duties as directed by Reach Manager
