**Job Description** What you'll do**:
This is your opportunity to lead our audience growth strategy across all digital platforms and drive innovative content distribution approaches that connect our automotive content with millions of enthusiasts. You'll build a data-informed content ecosystem that grows our reach while establishing carsales as a leader in automotive digital content.
- Develop comprehensive audience growth strategies and implement platform-specific content approaches that maximise engagement across website, YouTube, TikTok, and social media channels
- Lead a talented team of digital specialists who collaborate to create platform-optimised content that resonates with diverse automotive audiences
- Analyse audience data to understand performance patterns and share insights that inform content decisions across the organisation
- Design innovative approaches to repurpose automotive content across multiple channels while building trust with both internal teams and platform partners
- Grow our digital presence by staying connected with emerging trends and implementing forward-thinking strategies that keep carsales at the forefront of automotive content

**Qualifications** What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).
- Proven expertise in growing and engaging audiences across multiple digital platforms, with a genuine understanding of platform-specific content strategies and audience behaviours
- Experience leading teams that collaborate effectively to deliver engaging content optimised for different platforms
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret audience data and share meaningful insights that drive content decisions
- Proven track record in building and implementing social media strategies that connect with automotive enthusiasts or similar passionate communities
- Motivation to design innovative content approaches, deliver measurable audience growth, and evolve our digital presence in a rapidly changing media landscape
