About the Role
A senior finance business partner role with a PE-backed global client. This high-impact position involves delivering decision support to executive leaders, marketing teams, and operations divisions. Extensive B2C or D2C marketing business partnering expertise is essential.
This global, private equity-backed group are undergoing a period of significant change & growth and are looking to appoint a high-calibre, Blue-Chip Senior Finance Business Partner to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide commercial decision support to various operational stakeholders in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
Work with senior business leaders to drive growth, optimize performance and support the firm's transformation journey.
Partner extensively with marketing teams, focusing on ROI analysis, performance insights, campaign planning, channel mix decisions and marketing investment scenario modelling.
Drive long-term strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, business case development, process improvement and the transition of data into commercial/financial insights.
Requirements
You are an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner, with expertise in financial analysis, operational stakeholder management and complex financial modelling. You'll have prior extensive experience partnering with marketing in an e-commerce and/or B2C/D2C environment, within a growth-phase, multi-brand organization.
