About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving financial growth and making strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the end-to-end budgeting process, consolidating month-end reporting, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Partnering with local teams to prepare annual budgets and ongoing forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate accounting.
  • Maintaining long-term strategic outlook models, providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
  • Tracking supplier costs and upscaling procurement and supplier cost reporting.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A within a fast-paced, multi-national organization.
  • A growth mindset and proactive approach to identifying and solving complex business challenges.
  • Experience working with ERP & BI systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including asynchronous working with stakeholders from remote/international teams.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a curious mindset not afraid to challenge the status quo.
