Chief Financial Strategist

About the Role:
  • Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will be responsible for driving the financial agenda, guiding the business through a transformative growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain high levels of financial governance while scaling systems and processes for growth.
  2. Guide and develop a high-performing, future-ready finance team.
  3. Support mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, capital raising, and other strategic initiatives.
  4. Forge strong stakeholder relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Senior finance experience as a Chief Financial Officer or equivalent in a market-facing role in a high-growth, fast-paced business with diversified operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in IPO/ASX/exit processes, ASX reporting, and disclosures.
  • Open and collaborative, likes working in a fast-paced, stimulating, and informal environment with dynamic and strong individuals.
  • Inspirational leadership style with experience building high-performing teams. Someone who can turn math into English, a chameleon who can talk to anyone from the Board, analysts, Sales team, to the shop floor.
  • CA/CPA qualified, with MBA or equivalent advantageous.
