Job Description

The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in partnering with the business to make strategic financial decisions, supporting growth and operational efficiency.

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.

You will scope, implement and deliver budget/forecasts as per agreed timeframes, providing appropriate challenge to ensure robust financial plans linked to strategy.

Additionally, you will serve as a financial adviser to business leaders/stakeholders, including evaluation of commercial opportunities, tenders and external negotiation materials with relevance to viability, profitability and risk.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable commercial or strategic insights.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience and the ability to negotiate, persuade and influence.
  • Detailed understanding of FP&A and business process, strategic planning, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Financial systems, budgeting and planning, and reporting technologies and tools.
