Job Overview

The role entails leading key initiatives at a reputable educational institution.

We aim to drive excellence by working closely with stakeholders, inspiring innovative practices and creating optimal outcomes for students and their communities.

Our ideal candidate will oversee core People & Culture functions including Shared Services coordination, employee lifecycle management, systems administration, and compliance with employment requirements and internal policies.

They will provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent and accurate practices.

Leading a small team, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of service excellence and operational integrity.

Contributing to strategic People & Culture initiatives and supporting organisational change through effective operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of People & Culture Officers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Oversee P&C operations across the entire employee lifecycle – including recruitment, onboarding, contract changes, employment cycle programs and offboarding.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for our systems, ensuring data integrity, efficient workflows, and user support.
  • Collaborate with leaders to improve processes, support change, and provide accurate reporting and insights.

Remuneration

$98,478 - $104,165 per annum plus superannuation.

This role requires a satisfactory Working with Children Check from the Department of Human Services and adherence to policy.
