
Strategic People and Culture Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resource Manager to spearhead strategic people and culture initiatives, driving business performance and growth across the region.
This senior HR role will be instrumental in shaping the organisational agenda, collaborating with local business leaders to enhance employee engagement, productivity and retention.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with regional stakeholders to inform data-driven workforce planning, leveraging insights to drive business outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance and support to leaders on employee matters, investigations and case management, aligning with our values and policies.
- Develop and maintain effective industrial relations, supporting negotiations aligned with our overall industrial strategy.
- Lead the implementation of People & Culture initiatives, facilitating organisational change and development.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or a related field, accompanied by substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, organisational change and HR planning.
- Strong understanding of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling the ability to build robust relationships across all levels of the business.
- Strong critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
