Play an essential role in supporting high-impact HR work. As the People, Performance & Culture Generalist, you'll contribute to initiatives across performance, learning, policy, and organisational development. This role blends day-to-day operational support with project-based work, giving you the opportunity to improve processes, enhance systems, and collaborate with teams across the business.

**In this role, you will;**
- Support the delivery of HR services across performance, learning and policy
- Coordinate and maintain HR processes, systems and documentation
- Assist with projects focused on process and systems improvement
- Manage confidential employee data and maintain data integrity
- Support People & Culture team collaboration across multiple functions

**What you'll bring;**
- Completion or final year of HR-related tertiary qualification
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience with HRIS/ATS (PageUp, ConnX, SharePoint) highly regarded
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and interest in systems and tech
- A proactive, adaptable and emotionally intelligent mindset
