About the Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced people professional to support our operations and drive performance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Provide comprehensive HR advice to departments, enabling effective management of personnel.
    • Offer guidance on IR/ER matters, grievance resolution, counseling, mediation, legal interpretation, and compliance.
    • BUILD STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS TO ACHIEVE EFFECTIVE PEOPLE STRATEGIES ACROSS KEY PROJECTS.
    • Develop and deliver human resources initiatives in partnership with others to enhance business outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A proven track record of solving HR-related business issues using innovative approaches and coaching employees and management on P&C matters.
  • Negotiation and mediation capabilities to facilitate key outcomes.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to tailor communication to different audiences and learning styles.
  • Ability to operate and prioritize time autonomously.
