About the role

Our Customer Operations Team is looking for an experienced People Performance Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Manager - Retail Operations, you will manage a team of front-line members, focusing on performance and behavior management, working with other people performance managers to drive business results, and managing daily contact center functions. You will have a team coach for technical coaching and support from subject matter experts and a dedicated learning and development team for onboarding and upskilling.

You will conduct monthly performance and coaching sessions, focus on soft skills, development goals, and career planning. You will also manage a specialized team overseeing the insurance arm and a business pillar to support business objectives.

Your journey begins with a corporate induction, meeting peers, and building competency with support from your manager and team members.

What can you expect?

Use your contact center experience and leadership skills to lead the Customer Operations team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to:

  • Support and develop team members within the people leader framework
  • Oversee soft skill development and coaching
  • Manage the operational aspects of your team and support department management
  • Lead a business pillar to drive department and operational performance
  • Participate in projects like engagement surveys and countermeasure implementations

  • Minimum 2 years of People Leadership experience in a contact center
