**Client Profile**

Our client is a prominent group with operations spanning Australia, encompassing accommodation, pubs and gaming, retail liquor, conference and events centres, and more. They are dedicated to developing leaders and crafting memorable experiences for patrons, making them an esteemed organisation to be a part of.
- **About the role**:
As the Conference and Events Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to increase the volume of functions, events, and conference business in our clients event spaces and F&B outlets within the hotel. This role requires you to excel in converting enquiries by nurturing relationships with clients, consistently adding value throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with our clients Director of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results.
- **About you**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, easily forming connections with others.
- Previous experience in hotel industry roles is highly valued.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledgeable about current industry trends, with a passion for delivering outstanding events and functions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant technologies, with a bonus if experienced with iVvy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for sales demands.
- Open to assisting with hotel operations as required.

**Offer**

This role is offering a remuneration package circa $80,000 plus super plus parking and benefits.
