As Resource Manager at Sky Creative, you'll work with award winning producers, creatives and designers to manage workflows and resources. You will be the person responsible for overseeing the capacity of the teams as well as tracking resource costs and time spent against projects. You'll be the glue to the team; making sure the right talent is on the right job and seeing projects from brief to delivery

What you'll do:

- Host weekly resourcing and planning meetings with various teams.
- Liaise with Creative Directors and Exec Producers to have a forward resource plan, considering upcoming projects and skillset gaps
- Time management and capacity planning - allocating resources and manage capacity.
- Onboarding of freelancers, admin and timesheet approvals.
- Tracking of freelance costs against accurate business units and/or projects.

What you'll bring:

- Previous experience resourcing within a creative environment e.g., design studio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain and build relationships internally and externally, help with conflict resolution and strong people management skills.
- German or Italian language skills are advantageous but not essential.
- Highly organised, easily able to demonstrate successful multi-tasking.
- Can do attitude, helpful and approachable.
- Ability to work as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment/calmly under pressure.

Sky Creative is Sky's European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions, Broadcast Creative and Digital Design for multiple stakeholders across our European Markets.

Your office base:
Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
