With continued growth we're looking for an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse operations and play a key role in our supply chain success.RoleAs our Logistics/Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all warehousing, inventory, and logistics activities.
You'll ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of promotional goods, while leading a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
You will be responsible for the logistics and efficiencies of bulk packing jobs.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatchOversee inventory control and ensure stock accuracy through regular auditsCoordinate domestic and international freight and courier logisticsWork closely with sales and production to meet delivery deadlinesDevelop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and safetyLead, train, and support warehouse staffMaintain equipment and ensure compliance with WHS policiesAbout You (Qualifications)Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management (preferably within promotional products or retail)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with inventory management systems and logistics softwareForklift licence (preferred)Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment and work under pressure.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceSupportive team environment with a strong company cultureOpportunities for growth and developmentConvenient Brisbane location with onsite parkingBe part of a creative and fast-moving industry where no two days are the same
