To maintain our competitive edge in the industry and pride ourselves on our high levels of service, safety, and corporate culture, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Larapinta depot.
This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving performance, accuracy, and safety.About the Opportunity:The successful candidate will perform duties including, but not limited to:Oversee and manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock handling, and dispatch to meet productivity targetsMaintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular audits, and manage replenishment to minimize discrepancies and wasteImplement efficient processes for inventory control, handling of goods, and shipping operationsPromptly resolve customer queries and ensure service excellenceManage staffing levels, lead onboarding, and performance-manage team membersEnsure timely, accurate reporting and communicate operational insights or issues with internal stakeholders to drive improvementAbout You:Three or more years' experience in warehousing or 3PL environmentsTwo or more years in a warehouse supervisory roleHold a current Forklift licenceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organization and time management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProficiency in MS Office and warehouse systemsStrong problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and lead by exampleWhat we Offer:A competitive salary plus superannuationSupportive and collaborative leadership, promoting growthAccess to the company confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support your wellbeing and that of your familySalary sacrifice superannuation, novated lease, and many other benefitsIf you're an experienced warehouse leader looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
