With continued growth we're looking for an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse operations and play a key role in our supply chain success.
The Role:
As our Logistics/Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all warehousing, inventory, and logistics activities.
You'll ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of promotional goods, while leading a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
You will be responsible for the logistics and efficiencies of bulk packing jobs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Oversee inventory control and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits

• Coordinate domestic and international freight and courier logistics

• Work closely with sales and production to meet delivery deadlines

• Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and safety

• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff

• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with WHS policies
About You:

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management (preferably within promotional products or retail)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software

• Forklift licence (preferred)

• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment and work under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
